rac karri valley resort in pemberton exceeded our expectations during this stay. the location was fantastic with a beautiful lakeside setting and interesting birdlife. the spacious chalet had a pleasant view over the lake, making it a perfect choice for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids.

Champagne on arrival was missing.

The location was excellent, a very beautiful setting.

Very expensive both accommodation and the restaurant, dinner portion sizes very small for the price.

Wildlife,trees and relaxing atmosphere and lovely water views/aspect.

The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the king studio was nice. The service was top-notch with parking on site. The location was great and gorgeous for me, quick down south getaway...

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the location is absolutely stunning, situated around a large lake with chalets tucked away in the forested hills. The view from my room was simply priceless. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The amenities provided were more than satisfactory, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with a WC and shower. The attention to detail in the service and the overall experience was impeccable. And to top it all off, the breakfast was included, which was a great added bonus.

All was just perfect.

Very scenic setting in a peaceful environment. Good walk trail & a very good restaurant.

We purchased a bottle of red wine at the restaurant with our dinner & were charged $28. we called into the donnelly winery on the way home & purchased the same bottle for $59 per dozen which we know the resort would have been paying less again. This is called shafting people. The serving of the pork on the menu for a main should have been for an entree especially at the price.

They had no record of this booking. Fortunately they had spare rooms so world war three didnt erupt! Someone needs to check the booking confirmation processes as i'm NOT impressed that this became my problem at check in

The Rac Karri Valley Resort was worth every penny. The room was impeccable and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The location was ideal, surrounded by the beauty of the Karri Forest. The staff treated us with utmost care and attention, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement, with a limited selection and no continental or buffet options available.

The cabin was well set out and very comfortable. The location is fantastic and the activities on offer are brilliant. The abundance of wildlife is also a fantastic experience for the kids.

The cabins could do with a few more basic utensils, pots, bowls etc. and an oven. Could also do with some better signage to find the cabins

I recently had a great stay at a hotel nestled in a beautiful forested area, right on the edge of a large lake. The location was absolutely stunning, with chalets perched up the tree-covered hill and rooms with balconies overlooking the water. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hotel offered good value for money, with reasonable prices and a complimentary breakfast included. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of during my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

Absolutely great rustic hotel with spotless and well-appointed rooms. Gorgeous and adequate breakfast with various food choices. - What a marvellous and beautiful location in a forest! - Just off a restaurant overlooking a lake in Pemberton and the surrounding areas. - Great choice for a trip.

Being my first visit I was already in awe of the forest's beauty as we approached the Resort. Our room overhung the lakes edge and the beauty out across the lake to the wilderness of the forest was so spectacular. I have stayed in places such as Lake Louise and others across the world but Karri Valley Resort certainly has its own unequity. Our suite's balcony and front wall (which was a wall of glass)faced the winter sun and was so cozy . One afternoon we were entertained by several green parrots sitting on balcont handrail. The trail walks are a delight.Interesting with pictures and descrptions of plant or bird.Unfortunately I had a nasty cold and could not push myself to the walk to the falls. We were booked for 2 nights and were able to extend to 3 which was greatly appreciated. The Resturant's menu offered good choices and wine list likewise both with excellent prices Highly recomended Relaxing Peaceful Tranquil Serene and ofcourse Romantic.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely resort surrounded by beautiful nature. The activities were engaging and the reception was efficient. The cozy chalet was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
